How it works

Confirm the details
Patient, date, provider, amount, category. HSA Proof shows Likely qualified, Needs review, or Likely not qualified, and names the rule version it used.
Keep the proof
The ledger only appends. Every original is fingerprinted with SHA-256, and you can export the whole record at any time.
