What HSA Proof is
HSA Proof is recordkeeping software published by Mount Si Labs LLC ("we"). It stores documents and details you choose to capture and helps you keep a ledger of expenses you may later reimburse from a Health Savings Account.
What it is not
HSA Proof is not an HSA custodian, a bank, a tax preparer, or a source of tax or legal advice. It does not hold or move money, does not file anything on your behalf, and does not determine whether any expense is qualified. Eligibility notes summarize public IRS guidance for convenience and may be incomplete or out of date. Confirm with a tax professional.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for keeping backups (use Export), for the security of your device and Apple Account, and for complying with the rules that apply to your HSA.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mount Si Labs LLC is not liable for lost data, tax consequences, penalties, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. You may stop using the app at any time; your records remain on your device and in your iCloud until you delete them.
Governing law
Washington, USA. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the App Store download.
